January 2026 Club Update

Hi Folks,
It’s not like we haven’t been trying to give everyone the best trails for your winter riding adventures, but ‘Ol Man Winter is taking his sweet time to give us the snow we need. Trail coordinator Joe McKenney and a host of volunteers have been working hard for several months on our trails. As of right now, he has only been able to groom a very small section of our trail system. We ask that if you venture out to please use caution. Hopefully this next round of weather will deliver the white gold we need.
Just a reminder, Wednesday, January 21, 2026 will be our monthly meeting at The Riverside Inn in Side Lake, MN. Meeting starts at 6:00pm and everyone is welcome to attend. Ride or drive, this is a great way to find out what The PathBlazers Snowmobile Club is all about, how we maintain the trails you enjoy, meet up and talk with fellow riders and snowmobile enthusiasts, and get info on future events. Not a member, no problem. And please don’t forget to bring a non-perishable food item(s) to be donated to the local food shelves. Hope to see you there.

– Feb 6-8, PathBlazers Club Ride to the North Shore
– Feb. 12, Blackwoods Never Surrender Tour for ALS, tour stops at our maintenance building for lunch
– Feb. 14, DAV Vintage Iron on the Range vintage snowmobile ride from Palmers Tavern in Hibbing, registration starts 8am.
– Feb. 12-15, MnUSA Winter Rendezvous in Bemidji, Mn., go to www.MnUSA.org for details
– Feb. 18, February Monthly Meeting, Hwy 5 Bar in Hibbing, starts 6pm
– Feb. 21, KC Pro West Snowmobile Racing, Side Lake, Mn.
– Feb. 28, Snowmobile Safety Training, PathBlazers Maint. Bldg, Chisholm, Mn., starts 9am
